Returns & Refunds Policy
At Tegs Tarot, your satisfaction is important to us. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and want to ensure your experience with us is fair, transparent, and respectful of your rights.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases of any product or service. Please choose carefully before finalising your order.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Physical Goods
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. To request a return:

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
We may request that you return the item to us for assessment. If the item is confirmed to have a major fault, you will be offered a full refund, replacement, or repair.
We will cover the return shipping costs if the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Electronic Goods
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, or if you fail to download or access the product correctly after purchase. However, if the digital file is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days and we will assist you in accessing a correct version.
Refunds of Completed Services
All services are carried out in line with the Terms of Service, and are conducted with great care and consideration in order to give you the most accurate messages possible.
We are unable to offer you a refund if you are dissatisfied with the messages you receive during the reading.
Exchanges / Rescheduling of Scheduled Services
All scheduled services must be booked in advance with Tegan. Due to the limited availability of these services rescheduling may require the appointment to me moved several months into the future.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before the session. If canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled start, no refunds are available.

Who we Share your data with
We do not personally share any data, but third party plugins may potentially receive anonymous data about your use of the site. As the store pages use e-commerce software and require customers to provide basic personal data (name, email address, phone number), this information could be captured and shared.
All credit card payments are handled by a third party payment processor, STRIPE PAYMENTS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (ABN 66 160 180 343). No credit card data is seen by Tegs Tarot.
All newsletter sign-ups are handled by third party services, SquareSpace.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
